Set the maximum size in KB. The converter keeps working until the PDF is under that number, then shows the result before you keep the file.

Use 50, 100, 200, 500, 1024, or your own number. The cap is 1 KB = 1,000 bytes.
If the badge is green, the file is under the limit. Open it once to confirm the text is still readable.
A normal PDF stores text as fonts, which often cannot hit a strict KB cap. This tool redraws each page as a JPEG and builds a new PDF, the same way a scanner would. That is what makes 100KB and 50KB possible. The page size stays the same; only the sharpness changes.
Split a long document and compress each part, or raise the target. The tool tells you when the smallest result is still over the limit instead of pretending it succeeded. You can still download that smallest file.
Type 100, or tap the 100 KB chip, when the form asks for a file under 100KB. The same page accepts any other target you type.
