Quick Tools

Free

Each tool is built for one upload rule, and the download is checked against that limit before you save it.

Flipkart Label Crop

Split 4-up or 2-up shipping labels and trim the blank edge.

PDF KB Converter

Compress a PDF to the KB size you type in.

Signature Resize

Trim blank edges and fit a signature under a KB cap.

50KB Converter

Convert a photo or a PDF to under 50KB.

500KB Photo Size

Shrink a photo to under 500KB without a tiny result.

Resize Image to 20KB

Fit a signature or photo under a 20KB cap.

Forms & photo limits

Exam portals, KYC forms, and job sites often reject a file that is even slightly over the cap. KB Resizer targets 20KB, 50KB, 100KB, and 500KB using 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, then shows the real output size before you rely on it.

Seller shipping labels

Flipkart label PDFs often place two or four labels on one A4 page, or leave a wide white margin around one label. The crop tool finds that layout, lets you fix the boxes, and downloads a label PDF that fits a 4×6 inch printer or the crop itself.

Why use this resizer?

Built for the limits people actually hit when a form or a marketplace refuses the file.

Fast, in the browser

Photos and PDFs are processed on your device. There is no upload step and no account.

Private by default

Images and documents are not sent to a server. Closing the tab clears the file from the tool.

A real KB target

The tool keeps lowering quality, then dimensions, until the file is under the limit you asked for.

JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF

Resize a photo, switch format, or compress a multi-page PDF when the upload must be a document.

Label layouts

Crop one label, split two, or cut a 2×2 sheet. Download every label as one PDF or the current label as JPG.

Size shown first

Original size, output size, and a preview appear before you download, so you can see the limit was met.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my file uploaded?

No. Resizing, PDF compression, and label cropping all run in this browser tab. The file is not sent to a server and is not stored by this site.

How do I make an image under 20KB or 50KB?

Open Resize Image to 20KB or the 50KB Converter, upload the photo, and download. The tool aims just under the cap (1 KB = 1,000 bytes) so a form that checks “less than 20KB” or “less than 50KB” can accept it. If the photo is busy, dimensions are reduced only as far as needed.

Can I compress a PDF to 100KB?

Yes. On the PDF KB Converter, choose the 100 KB chip or type 100. Each page is rebuilt as an image until the file is under 100KB. Text will look like a scan and will not be selectable. Very long PDFs should be split to 40 pages or fewer first.

How does Flipkart label crop work?

Upload the shipping-label PDF. The tool looks for a white gap that means four labels, two stacked labels, or two side by side. If it finds none, it trims the outer margin. You can switch layout, drag the boxes, and download a PDF with one label per page. This site is not affiliated with Flipkart.

Will the photo look worse?

A small cap such as 20KB needs stronger compression than 500KB. The tool starts at high quality and only drops quality, then size, until the limit is met. Check the preview. If text or a barcode looks soft, use a slightly larger limit when the form allows it.

Which formats are supported?

Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF (the first frame). Documents: PDF. HEIC from an iPhone needs to be exported as JPG first. PNG photos are saved as JPG when PNG cannot fit the KB cap.
